Here are a Few Rules you must follow in Dealing with us.
Payment.
- All payments are required upfront. Customers must place their orders through our website, via text, or Wickr, and complete payment before we initiate the packaging and delivery process.
- We exclusively accept discreet and anonymous forms of payment, prioritizing the protection of buyers’ identities and ensuring discretion and confidentiality. PayPal, Venmo, and credit card payments are not accepted for this purpose.
- Our preferred payment methods include Bitcoin, other cryptocurrencies, and gift cards. Payments must be made in full or as agreed upon at the time of purchase. Shipments will only be dispatched once the agreed payment is received in full.
No Dawdling.
Orders should only be placed if you are fully prepared and committed to making the donation within 24 hours. Please refrain from placing orders for testing purposes or merely to understand the process.
We kindly request that you refrain from contacting us if you are not serious or undecided about your intentions.
Furthermore, we do not tolerate the use of swear words or racist remarks during communication. Respectful and courteous dialogue is essential in all interactions with us.
Affirmations.
- We solemnly declare that all our products and services are of the highest quality. We guarantee that our offerings will fulfill your needs effectively and efficiently.
- We are committed to delivering all orders within the agreed-upon timeframe. Regardless of distance or location, we strive to ensure timely delivery without any delays. Rest assured, your satisfaction is our priority.
Shipping and Delivery
- For orders within California, Colorado, Washington, Oregon, and the District of Columbia, same-day delivery is guaranteed. Delivery times will vary between 2 to 12 hours, contingent upon distance. Once the order is placed, we will provide you with an estimated time of arrival (ETA).
- For customers residing further away, shipping and delivery typically take 1 to 3 days, depending on the shipping method and your specific location. Please note that overnight shipment, with a duration of 24 hours, is available for select locations only.
- It’s important to note that the customer bears full responsibility for shipping fees and any associated delivery charges, if applicable. We do not cover these costs under any circumstances.
Refund Policy and parcel Replacement.
- Even though 99% of all our shipment go through successfully. Nonetheless, if the customer has waited for over a week and still have not gotten their order delivered, if no proof of delivery is present, we will send a second package. A shipment can only be replaced once.
- All Our products are 100% high quality and we do not modify your order in any way without your prior consent. However, if the customer feels that the product quality do not meet their expectation or if the package is lost and the customer does not want a shipment replacement, we will issue a refund.
If the customer does not like the product quality and wants to file for the refund,
- Customers are advised not to exceed consumption limits of one-eighth for cannabis buds and one gram for concentrates or cartridges.
- In the event of any complaints, customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving their order.
- Customers are required to keep the product intact and ready for return. We will arrange a pick-up date and location, and one of our agents will retrieve the rejected order from the agreed-upon location within the customer’s state.
We will not replace a shipment or issue a refund in the following cases.
- Carelessness of the customers in receiving the package. Most packages are sent with the option of NO SIGNATURE upon arrival, so the customer must be on alert so as to receive the shipment once it is delivered. We will not take responsibility for a missing package due to the customer’s negligence.
- The customer did not pay for the shipping and delivery charges. As mentioned above, the customer is solely responsible for this payment in cases where it is needed.
- The Customer is acting unscrupulously. If the customer has a reputation of always asking for a package replacement then we will not replace their missing shipment no matter the case.
- Customer misspell their delivery address. The customer must double check their delivery address before submitting their order.
- Customer failed to Contact us within 3 days of receiving the order.
- Customer has consumed more than an eight of the product in the case of bud and more than a gram of the product in the case of concentrates or cartridges.
- Customer is not acting in good faith.
Changes To This Agreement
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
